Ensign Oliver was a 24th century Human man, a Starfleet officer aboard the Federation starship USS Voyager, assigned to the biosciences division.

Biography

Ensign Oliver was among the members of the Voyager crew who were trapped in the Delta Quadrant as of the year 2371.

Oliver was interviewed by Neelix on Good Morning, Voyager as the ship entered the Harry Kim Nebula in the year 2373. (VOY - Strange New Worlds I short story: "Monthuglu")

For the purposes of this wiki, a Starfleet ensign's uniform insignia is shown, as this was the most likely for Oliver to have worn while holding an ensign rank. There is a slight possibility, however, that Oliver was a provisional officer from the ship's Maquis crewmembers. In that case, the rank insignia on Oliver's Starfleet uniform would have been one of the different Federation Starfleet ranks badges given to those members of the crew.
