Oonnoommi was a 24th century officer in Starfleet who served as a Commandant of Starfleet Academy.
History[]
In 2324, Oonnoommi assumed the role of commandant. In that year, Lieutenant Garner was freshman at Starfleet Academy.
In 2333, Garner recalled the start of Oonnoommi's tenure during a conversation with Gilaad Ben Zoma. Horombo recalled it was the year after he'd graduated, remembering that Oonnoommi's predecessor was in charge when the Academy's Parisses Squares team went undefeated. (STA novel: Enigma)
