The Orb of Vengeance was an orb of the Pah-wraiths.
The orb was located by the Cult of the Pah-wraiths in the Gamma Quadrant in 2380. The cultists brought the orb back to the Alpha Quadrant, to their base in the Badlands, where they used it to free Gul Dukat from the Fire Caves. (DS9 - Strange New Worlds 2016 short story: "The Dreamer and the Dream")
