Ornithar

Ornithar was a 24th century Karemma man who was involved in trade with the Ferengi in the 2370s decade.

Biography

Quark introduced Benjamin Sisko to Ornithar in the year 2371 to obtain information on the Dominion. Ornithar revealed that when he needed to contact the Vorta, he directed a message to Callinon VII. (DS9 episode & novelization: The Search)
