Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

P'Tash was a Bajoran woman and an inhabitant of Bajor in the 36th century. She was a member of the Federation authorities based at the Yolja Citadel.

When Benjamin Sisko, Jadzia Dax and Worf accidentally time travelled to P'Tash's time, Sisko thought the name P'Tash was odd for a Bajoran. Sisko discovered later that the Renewal wiped the minds of all Federation citizens so that they even forgot their own names. Sisko was able to convince P'Tash not trigger the Renewal on Bajor.
