P'losie wine was a type of wine Quark was familiar with, presumably made from Rakalian p'losie. In April of 2376 he considered serving p'losie wine and toasted tubeworms on a dinner date with Ro Laren. Later the same evening Quark served Bajoran vegetables marinated in p'losie wine at a reception to welcome Elias Vaughn and Taran'atar to Deep Space 9. (DS9 - Avatar novel: Book Two)
