Pablo Picasso (25 October 18818 April 1973) was a human painter.

In 2269, when Captain James T. Kirk encountered Spock One on Organia, he appeared (due to the thought-shield) to become oddly distorted, as though he was being seen from behind and in profile at the same time, while the multicolored mists around him became irregular polygons; Kirk thought the illusion was Picasso-like. (TOS novel: Spock Must Die!)

The design of the probe Finder was described as "Picassoesque." (TOS - The New Voyages 2 short story: "The Patient Parasites")

In 2371, Data discovered a quote regarding Pablo Picasso, which stated, "If Picasso could, then I can." This inspired Data to take up painting again, hoping to learn to better express himself within his limitations. (TNG - The Sky's the Limit short story: "'Twould Ring the Bells of Heaven")
