History and specifics[]

This binary's system was composed of 5 planetary bodies, of which the second planet was considered particularly notable. This system was located in or near Federation space, in the general vicinity of M24 Alpha, Talos star group and Janus. (ST reference: Star Trek Maps)

The system was named for an individual named "Pal".
