In the Kelvin timeline, Commodore Paris was a female Human Federation citizen, a Starfleet officer in the 2260s decade. (TOS movie: Star Trek Beyond)
History[]
In 2263, Paris was the commanding officer of the Federation's newest star base, Yorktown. After Kalara was found drifting towards Yorktown, Paris approved Captain James T. Kirk and the USS Enterprise to go into the Necro Cloud to rescue Kalara's crew. She also sent Kirk's application for the Vice-Admiral's position at Yorktown.
Following Krall's attack on Yorktown, Paris and Kirk then closed the files on the USS Franklin and it's crew. She then thanked Kirk for saving Yorktown and it inhabitants. Paris also told Kirk that the Vice-Admiral position was his. However, Kirk turned down the offer and awaited for the completion of the USS Enterprise-A. (TOS movie: Star Trek Beyond)
Later that year she welcomed the Teenaxi's Delegation and it's Grand Audarch, Steve to the starbase. (TOS - Boldly Go comic: "Issue 10")
