"Parth Ferengi's Heart Place" is an episode of Star Trek: Lower Decks. The Cerritos visits Ferenginar to begin the process of the Ferengi joining the Federation.
Summary[]
Aboard a Ferengi starship, two Ferengi are dumping the ship's weapons, as ordered by Grand Nagus Rom. One of the Ferengi, Jeef, is pleased to hear an unidentified ship is approaching, but the ship attacks the Ferengi and destroys their ship.
In orbit of Ferenginar, Captain Freeman joins Admiral Vassery aboard the starship Toronto to greet Nagus Rom and First Clerk Leeta. Rom wants the Ferengi to join the Federation, in light of the damage that the rogue ship is inflicting on interstellar trade.
