Paul Lissor was a 23rd century Human man who lived on Sheridan's World.
Biography[]
Lissor was born in the 2250s or 2260s as a Federation citizen. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
In the year 2268, on reference stardate 2/09, he was one of 200 who settled in the city of Continuity on the Human/Klingon colony of Sheridan's World. (FASA RPG modules: Conflict of Interests, Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
He gained professional-level training in agricultural technology and became semiskilled in ground vehicle operations. In the colony, he served as a farmer and general laborer. Among Human colonists, he ranked fourth in intelligence.
In 2283, when he was 24 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide its future. He supported the continued neutrality of Sheridan's World, although if forced to choose an alliance he somewhat preferred that the colony go under Federation control rather than join the Klingon Empire.
