Paul Waterfield was a 23rd century Human man who lived on Sheridan's World.
Biography[]
Waterfield was born in the mid-2240s as a Federation citizen and gained professional-level training in agricultural technology. He also became qualified in ground vehicle operations. (FASA RPG module: Conflict of Interests)
In the year 2268, on reference stardate 2/09, he was one of 200 who settled in the city of Continuity on the Human/Klingon colony of Sheridan's World. (FASA RPG modules: Conflict of Interests, Star Trek IV Sourcebook Update)
In the colony, he served as a farmer and general laborer.
In 2283, when he was 38 years old, each citizen's vote was taken to decide its future. Waterfield supported the continued neutrality of Sheridan's World, although if forced to choose an alliance he was more likely to desire the colony go under Federation control.
