The Payavist Inward Party was a political movement that opposed Federation interference in the affairs of the planet Mestiko in the wake of "the Pulse". In 2274, the Payavist Inward Party was led by Nal Kotyar, and was instrumental in overthrowing the government of Jo'Zamestaad Raya elMora in that year. The Party then supported the government of Odra maVolan of the mar-Atyya spiritual movement.
