Commander Pehrek was a Romulan military officer during the Romulan-Haakonan War.
In 2156, Pehrek was the commander of the Uaenn Ei'krih Outpost who ordered that all the outpost's weapons be packed away in preparation for a move. Unfortunately, the Haakonans launched an assault on the outpost, killing Pehrek and everyone else there. (ENT novel: Beneath the Raptor's Wing)
