Biography[]
Penelope was born in 2349 on Xerxes III, a planet distant from the Federation with a lack of modern medicine. She was born with a rare form of autism, and was a patient of Deanna Troi in her years aboard ship. She had tawny hair, green eyes, and freckles. She possessed a high psi-quotient and could perform a psychic attack when threatened. She was friends with Data, and dated Mikal Tillstrom. (TNG novel: Grounded)
