The Penkrr was a Fek'Ihri starship, a Drek'Hi-class dreadnought in Fek'Ihri Horde service in early 25th century. It was part of the Fek'Ihri forces invading the Klingon Empire. (STO - Under Siege mission: "Fleet Alert")

In the year 2409, the Penkrr was one of five dreadnoughts leading Fek'Ihri hordes into an assault on the Klingon Fleet Starbase with the goal of sabotaging, seizing or destroying the starbase. Ships of the Klingon Defense Force, and allied Romulan Republican Force vessels, engaged the Fek'Ihri to defend the Klingon station. (STO - Under Siege mission: "Fleet Alert")
