Penzak Dax was a Trill and one of the hosts of the Dax symbiote. Dax once negotiated a truce among the three sentient species of Lauan XII hundreds of years prior to 2370. (DS9 novel: Valhalla)
- Note: The existence of a host named "Penzak" for the Dax symbiont is contradicted by the DS9 episode: "Facets" as well as the anthology The Lives of Dax.
