"Peril Over Pahvo" is a mission in the Star Trek Online video game. It was released on 21 March 2019 as part of Mirror of Discovery. "Peril Over Pahvo" is a space-based Task Force Operation, a mission where five players race to complete mandatory and optional objectives within a time limit.

In this mission, an enemy faction attacks the planet Pahvo. Starfleet Intelligence officer Lieutenant Commander Kyla VanZyl directs the task force in fighting back against the hostile invaders and activating the orbital defense satellites.

The mission was announced with the STO website: Mirror of Discovery: Peril Over Pahvo! dev blog on 14 March 2019. Initial enemy factions were Terran Empire 2256 and Klingon 2256. Following the release of Season 18: Awakening, Klingon 2256 was replaced by House Mo'Kai.

The premise of the mission is similar to "Dranuur Gauntlet".
