Perkins was an enlisted Earth Starfleet officer assigned to the Enterprise (NX-01).
Biography[]
Sometime prior to January, 2152, Perkins had put in a transfer to weapons duty.
In that month, Crewman Perkins and Crewman Duel assisted Malcolm Reed in analyzing the fragment of phondrikaar they had discovered on Eris Alpha III's moon. He was present in the armory at Ensign Alana Hart’s memorial service. (ENT novel: What Price Honor?)
