Petras II was a planet located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the second planet in orbit of the Petras star system.
The Petras system was near to the 23rd century Federation border with the Klingon Neutral Zone. This planet had two moons, Petras II-A and Petras II-B. (ST video game: Klingon Academy)
