Phygma was a star with an associated system located within the Organian Treaty Zone of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants.
History and specifics[]
Phygma's orbit included at least four planets, including fourth planet Phygma IV.
In 2267, the Federation scout ship Ad Aspera entered the system and crashed on Phygma IV. Both a Klingon assault ship and the starship USS Enterprise responded to its distress call. Resulting events led to the system becoming allied with the Federation. (TOS comic: "The Menace of the Mechanitrons")
