Piotr Nolokov (died 2246) was a 23rd century human male and Federation Starfleet officer.

Biography

In 2246, Nolokov held the rank of Lieutenant and was assigned to Outpost Tarsus IV as a communications officer.

Shortly before then Governor Adrian Kodos had 4,000 colonists killed, Kodos had a raiding party attack the outpost in order to neutralize the Starfleet team and obtain supplies. The members of the raiding party killed both Nolokov and CPO Meizhen Bao during their attack on the outpost. (DSC novel: Drastic Measures)
