Planck Time is a unit of time that was named after the 19th - 20th century human Max Planck. At 1.3 x 10-43 seconds it is the smallest measurable unit of time to Federation science.

A vessel traveling faster than warp 10, according to current warp theory, would exceed Planck Time, and therefore occupy all parts of the universe simultaneously. (TNG reference: Star Trek: The Next Generation Technical Manual)
