qetlh'agh IV was a planet located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the fourth planet in orbit of the qetlh'agh star system.
The qetlh'agh system was near to the 23rd century Klingon Empire border with the Federation-Klingon Neutral Zone. This planet had two moons: qetlh'agh IV-A and qetlh'agh IV-B. (ST video game: Klingon Academy)
