qvaQ II was a planet located somewhere in the space of the galaxy's Alpha or Beta Quadrants, the second planet in orbit of the qvaQ star system.
The qvaQ system was near to the 23rd century Klingon Empire border with the Federation-Klingon Neutral Zone. This planet had two moons: qvaQ II-A and qvaQ II-B. (ST video game: Klingon Academy)
