Senator Plummer was an American political leader from Kansas City during the early 21st century.

In 2020, Plummer secured an opportunity for Thomas Jefferson Elementary School to send a time capsule, with Plummer's name emblazoned on the front, to Saturn aboard the USS Lewis & Clark. This capsule never reached Saturn because Zoe Querez removed it from the ship so she could store food for her time as a stowaway. Also prior to the mission, Colonel Shaun Christopher, the mission commander, was forced to take photos with the Senator in her hometown. (TOS novel: The Rings of Time)
