Pork'n'beans was a traditional cuisine popular in the United States on Earth.

History and specifics[]

In April 2151, Jonathan Archer remembered to adjust the galley menu aboard the Earth Starfleet starship Enterprise to accommodate the vegetarian diet of his new Vulcan officer, Sub-Commander T'Pol, meaning that instead of serving pork 'n' beans, they'd just have plain baked beans. At their first meal together, however, she only ate a breadstick. (ENT novelization: Broken Bow)
