The Praetorum, also known as Praetor, class was a type of shuttle craft used by the Romulan Star Empire.
These were the only type of warp shuttle design used in large quantities by the Romulans. The design was comparitively large for a shuttlecraft and held 2 pilots along with 8 passengers. This meant that they were typically either ground based, station based or based on large vessels. The Praetor class was unarmed but large and powerful as well as quite luxurious by Romulan standards. This was because they were VIP transports and courier craft which were older then even the Cav'sanalam class shuttle craft. (FASA RPG - The Romulans module: The Romulan Way: Game Operations Manual)
