Prentis Morrow was a Human male who served in the Federation Starfleet in the 22nd century.

By 2165 he held the rank of lieutenant and served on the USS Pioneer as assistant chief engineer.
In late February, the Pioneer conducted a raid on a Ware trading post and rescued several people from its computer core. On the 27th, Morrow was on duty in engineering when a Ware battleship intercepted them and caused serious damage. Chief engineer Tobin Dax ordered him to path up a damaged injector, when an explosion caused the ceiling to come down on Morrow, killing him. (ENT - Rise of the Federation novel: Uncertain Logic)
