The prime minister of Tezwa wore an official purple robe and carried a metal-banded wooden staff topped with a jeweled headpiece with triggers in the sides to interface with a computer system; it was from those triggers they could call for vote, for example. Kinchawn was the Prime Minister for Tezwa from 2372 until his exile and execution in 2379; his deputy, Bilok succeeded him. (TNG novels: A Time to Kill, A Time to Heal)
