Priors IV was a habitable planet, a class M world and the fourth planet in the Priors star system, located in the Celes sector and Regulus sector block of the galaxy's Beta Quadrant. The planet was dominated by a global landmass. A landlocked purple sea bordered both more barren areas and zones with dense vegetation. Despite being habitable, Priors World (Priors II) was strategically more important.
History and specifications[]
The Celes sector and its systems were targeted by the Klingons during the Federation-Klingon War of 2256-2257. Starfleet clashed repeatedly with the Klingon Empire to recapture and then hold the strategically important Priors system and its worlds.
