Proxima Centauri II (or Proxima II) was a planet located in Federation space in the galaxy's Beta Quadrant, the second planet in orbit of the Proxima star system in the Alpha Centauri star group, colonized by Humans by the 22nd century.
- It is possible, but not specified, that Proxima Centauri II could be the planet Proxima Centauri or the site of Proxima Colony, or both.
