Qa'Hos was a male Klingon physician in the 24th century, based in Kri'stak City on Qo'noS. He was a longtime friend of Noggra, and in the year 2376, examined Noggra's son, Rodek. During this examination, Qa'Hos determined that Rodek's crest had been surgically altered, and that he had not suffered brain damage as claimed four years earlier by Doctor Julian Bashir.
