Memory Beta, non-canon Star Trek Wiki

Qgu 'ke namm was a Free Trader merchant and well-known teacher in the Federation during the 23rd century.

Biography[]

During her travels, she taught nine basic phrases of Federation Basic to sapient species on inhabited planets in the Trianguli sector. Phrases ranged from "hello" and "we come in peace" to "can you help us?"

She disappeared before expanding upon the region's vocabulary of Federation language. The wreckage of her merchant ship was found on one of the worlds in the sector. Her diary was found inside the ship, but not her body, leading to speculation that she might have been devoured by a student. (TOS video game: The Kobayashi Alternative)
