Food in a food delivery slot.

Quadrotriticale bread was a type of tasty bread served in the 23rd century.

History and specifics[]

This bread was baked using quadrotriticale flour and cooked, coarsely-milled quadrotriticale oats. Other ingredients included oil, yeast, caraway seeds, and potato flakes.

Nurse Christine Chapel adapted the dish for the USS Enterprise's food processors in the 2260s decade. Her version tasted similar to cornmeal-rye bread. (TOS reference: Official Cooking Manual)
