Qualorian

Qualorians are natives of the planet Qualor II. They are characterized by drooping folds of pallid skin on their faces. Revex Akachin was a Qualorian. (NF short story: "Out of the Frying Pan")

The description of the Qualorians in this story is consistent with the Zakdorn, who were established as the operators of the Qualor II depot in the TNG episode "Unification". This may indicate that Qualor II is the homeworld of the Zakdorn, or else a colony world.
