A friendly reminder regarding spoilers! For the primary universe counterpart, see Quark's.
Quark's (mirror)

Quark's in 2370

In the mirror universe, Quark's Bar was a Klingon-Cardassian Alliance owned institution on Terok Nor. The previous bartender and namesake Quark was a kind hearted, Terran-freeing Ferengi who was subsequently executed on the orders of Intendant Kira Nerys in 2370. (DS9 episode: "Crossover")

The next bartender, Quark's younger brother Rom, was an Alliance triple agent who was killed by the Alliance to prevent him from leaking information to the Terran Rebellion in 2371. He never actually ran the bar. (DS9 episode: "Through the Looking Glass")

Rom's son Nog was the last known bartender before he was killed by the Intendant in 2372. (DS9 episode: "Shattered Mirror")

By 2377, the bar had mostly fallen into disuse, as had all of the other venues on the Promenade. (ST - Mirror Universe novel: Rise Like Lions)

In 2410, Alpha Quadrant Alliance assault troops beamed into the disused bar when Terok Nor traveled into the primary universe to attack Deep Space 9. The bar served as a beachhead for the assault teams. When they disabled the station's Orb of Possibilities, the troops were beamed back to the USS Defiant and Terok Nor was forced back into the mirror universe. (STO - Future Proof mission: "Assault on Terok Nor")
