Quillen was a Tenaran from a small rural village.
In 2364, Quillen was assigned to collect wood from the forest for his village. One day when he was collecting wood the M'dok raided his village. When Quillen returned he discovered the M'dok eating Tenaran villagers and taking away the ones that they had captured. Quillen was able to get away and told Chairman Melkinat and Captains Picard and Sejanus about the actions of the M'dok. (TNG novel: The Captains' Honor)
