The Quorum Hall was the meeting place for the Caeliar Quorum. The hall was located in Axion in a hall designed with four tiers of seating more than a dozen meters above the main floor, which was decorated with a fractal starburst pattern intricately reproduced, possibly down to the microscopic level. The hall was contained within a pyramidal chamber whose four walls were composed of towering sheets of smoky crystal suspended in delicate frames of white metal. (ST - Destiny novel: Gods of Night)

The Hall was greatly damaged when the planet destabilized due to a feedback pulse through the Great Work. The starburst pattern fractured and the tiers collapsed. By the time the Quorum summoned the Columbia's former commanding officer Erika Hernandez, the starburst pattern had been repaired, but the tiers remained destroyed. (ST - Destiny novel: Mere Mortals)
