The RIS Delphinus was a 23rd century Romulan Star Empire starship, a Snipe-class frigate in Romulan Star Empire service in the 2280s. While the Delphinus was initially outfitted as a type-A frigate (SNA), it was easily modifiable into a rear-fire frigate (SNAR), battle frigate (SNB), police frigate (SNP) or an advanced police frigate (SNP+).
