The RIS Pi (IRC-13301) was a 24th century Romulan Empire starship, a Theta-class scout ship in Imperial Romulan Fleet service in the 2360s decade. (TNG episode: "The Enemy")

Service history and disposition

Centurion Bochra and Geordi La Forge.

The RIS Pi was outfitted for a covert mission. It carried a gravitonm field generator, which improved deflector shield capacity while the cloaking device was active. Crewperson Pardek increased the ship's weapon range during his assignment. The Pi was equipped with a mission pod on the dorsal hull. (WizKids module: Attack Wing Wave 22 expansion: "RIS Pi")

In the year 2366, the Pi was assigned to an unspecified covert mission at Galorndon Core, on the Federation side of the Romulan Neutral Zone. There, the Pi suffered critical damage by causes unknown. The remains of the Pi crashed on the planet and were destroyed by ultritium explosives to remove traces of the Romulan incursion. Two survivors, Patahk and Centurion Bochra, were recovered by the Starfleet vessel USS Enterprise-D on stardate 43349.2 after receiving the scout ship's distress call. Only Bochra survived his wounds and was returned home. (TNG episode: "The Enemy")
