Ra'tleihfi was a city on Romulus that was the capital city of the Romulan Star Empire through the late 23rd century. It was constructed in the first century A.S. (After Settlement) on the order of the so-called "Ruling Queen" Vriha t'Rehu, though construction was still in progress at the time of her death.
In 2276 Leonard McCoy thought this city looked more like New York City than LA Plex. The buildings in this city had a style similar to Art Deco and Doric order art. (TOS - Rihannsu novel: The Romulan Way)
