Raal was a Cerean individual who lived in the 23rd century on the planet Ceres.
He was the son of Akaar, and was killed in the year 2267, while in his late teens. His own uncle, Maab, killed him, during the struggle to remove Akaar from power. (TOS - Star Trek 3 novelization: Friday's Child)
