Raisa (surname unknown) was a 23rd century individual. By the 2260s, Raisa was serving in Starfleet.
Raisa had a niece, Anna Bronstein, who worked as the chief of the Proximan Police Department on Alpha Proxima II in 2266. Bronstein sometimes wished that she had joined Starfleet like her aunt. (TOS - The Brave and the Bold, Book One novella: The First Artifact)
