In the mirror universe, the Raknal Accords was an interstellar treaty which banned the use of trilithium explosives to detonate stars. It was signed in the Raknal system during the mid 24th century.

The parties to the Accords included the Klingon Empire, the Cardassian Union, the Gorn Hegemony, Tholian Assembly and the Breen Confederacy. At the time, K'mpec was serving as the Regent of the Klingon Empire.

The treaty was abrogated in 2378 when Regent Klag used such a device to destroy Ferenginar and exterminate the Ferengi. Klag told that the Klingon High Council that K'mpec was a weakling and a fool for signing the agreement in the first place. (ST - Mirror Universe novel: Rise Like Lions)
