The Ramatis Choral Debates were a historic event held in the main council chamber on the planetoid known as Babel in the mid 18th century. These debates were presumably held between members of the noble families of the planet Ramatis, who because of their genetic inability to hear employed choruses of interpreters to read and express their thoughts.
