Ramirez was a Human woman who lived in the 22nd century. She was a high-ranking member of Section 31 under Matthew Harris's leadership. When the organization was exposed in 2166, she and the other leaders went on the run with a private starship to capture former operative Charles Tucker III. Ramirez, along with the other leaders, committed suicide to protect Section 31 by overloading the ship's reactor, but Tucker managed to escape.
