Ramses was a being that worked and traveled with Roberta Lincoln. Like Isis, he appeared most of the time as a domestic cat, but he was actually a shapeshifter also capable of assuming humanoid form.
In the mid-1990s, after defeating Khan Noonien Singh, Lincoln was promoted to Supervisor upon the retirement of Gary Seven. As Isis was killed by Khan's aide Joachim, Ramses was sent to Earth as a replacement. (TOS novel: The Rise and Fall of Khan Noonien Singh, Volume 2)
