Ramses was a being that worked and traveled with Roberta Lincoln. Like Isis, he appeared most of the time as a domestic cat, but he was actually a shape shifter also capable of assuming humanoid form.
In the mid 1990s, after defeating Khan Noonien Singh, Lincoln was promoted to supervisor upon the retirement of Gary Seven. As Isis was killed by Khan's aide Joachim, Ramses was sent to Earth as a replacement. (TOS novel The Rise and Fall of Khan Noonien Singh, Volume 2).
