Ranth sector

The Ranth sector was a region of space, a sector located in the galaxy's Alpha Quadrant. In the 23rd century, the Ranth sector was disputed between the First Federation and the Dassik. (TOS novel: The Face of the Unknown)

History and specifics[]

Around stardate 5361.7 (2269), First Officer Linar of the Fesarius used the Mister Hyde puppet to fake a message by Dassik War Leader Vraq. The message ordered Force Leader Grun to abandon the siege of Cherela in favour of hunting for First Federation orbships in the Ranth sector.
